Strategic Convenor
ARACY – Australian Research Alliance for Children and Youth is the Strategic Convenor for the Investment Dialogue.
ARACY works to ensure that all Australian children and young people thrive.
They unite experts and evidence to create practical solutions and policies that prevent and control disease and foster healthier, happier children and young people.
A dedicated IDAC convening team within ARACY supports all partners in the Investment Dialogue to convene around key areas of the work.

Simon Factor
EXECUTIVE CONVENOR
Simon Factor has more than twenty years’ experience leading social policy reform across government, philanthropy and the not-for-profit sector. Based in Sydney, he specialises in systems change, partnership governance and early childhood development, bringing strategic focus and cross-sector insight to complex reform and investment initiatives.
Kylie Mayne
EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Kylie Mayne has a background in youth work and counselling, complemented by strong skills in senior governance and project management. Based in Sydney, she provides operational leadership and administrative oversight that ensure efficient, collaborative and outcomes-focused delivery.
Christina Rosato
LeaD, PLACE
Christina Rosato is a policy and strategy professional with experience in place-based reform and collaborative program design. She has worked across government, philanthropy and community sectors to strengthen alignment between local priorities and broader investment and policy objectives.
Caitlin Stone
LEAD, YOUNG PEOPLE
Caitlin Stone is a qualified social worker and program innovator with experience across youth development, education and community collaboration. Based in Melbourne, she is recognised for designing and implementing creative, evidence-informed initiatives that strengthen youth participation, learning pathways and social outcomes.
Rosie Bridge
LEAD, EARLY YEARS
Rosie Bridge is an economist and policy advisor with expertise in early childhood, education and social inclusion. Based in regional Victoria, she brings strong analytical and evaluative skills, translating economic and qualitative insights into practical reforms that improve outcomes for children and families.
Sarah Engelmann
LEAD, PROJECTS AND EVALUATION
Angela Prior
Lead, PARTNERSHIPS AND STRATEGIC COMMUNICATIONS
Angela Prior works across communications and partnerships, based in regional Tasmania. She has extensive experience in cultural and place based work, bringing strength in strategy, stakeholder engagement and communication to support collaboration and shared understanding across diverse sectors and communities to drive generational change.
