Governance
The Investment Dialogue for Australia’s Children are being supported by strong governance. Governance arrangements focus on collaboration aimed at improving the wellbeing of children, young people, and their families, by working with communities to reduce intergenerational disadvantage in Australia.

Working Together Agreement
A commitment between Government and philanthropic partners to a long-term collaboration to improve the wellbeing of children, young people, and their families, by working with communities to reduce intergenerational disadvantage in Australia.

The Implementation Group consists of senior executive representatives from key government agencies and lead philanthropic members, along with ARACY – Australian Research Alliance for Children and Youth as the Strategic Convenor.
Leadership Councils were established in 2024 to embed community voice in the work and interact with existing and emerging governance groups.
Working groups were also established in 2024 to support collaboration on specific issues and opportunities, particularly those areas set out in the Working Together Agreement.
